In this heart-warming week on Ibiza, we combine personal growth and enjoyment.
Every day we start with meditation to step out of the thinking mind, followed by yoga, which is focused on freeing up the life energies in the body, strengthening mental balance and inner power.
The yoga style that is thought is beginners friendly and combines mindfulness, kundalini yoga, hatha and yin yoga. It’s the yoga of Awareness & Empowerment.
In the afternoon we will help you to make a deeper shift through heart power & mindset sessions in which we work on self-love & on letting go of fears and limiting believes.
During individual coach sessions, you can look deeper into what might block you or unconsciously limits you.
Besides yoga, mindfulness, breath work and personal development exercises, attention is paid to healthy nutrition, family constellation, nature walks, dance and of course celebration!
Space for personal exploration and relaxation is in the afternoon between 1 and 5pm and a number of evenings.
This week we stay in a beautiful Ibiza villa, which has all the comfort you could wish for. It’s is located in a beautiful natural environment in the South West of Ibiza. Being here makes it easy to leave the world and its worries behind. In the garden there are quiet places to connect with yourself, and to think about your life and life’s questions. There is a beautiful infinity pool with stunning overlooking the mountains and sea. Enjoy the most stunning sunsets of the island. The outdoor shaded 85m2 wooden yoga deck overlooks the pool and ocean, but if the weather dictates, the indoor living space (100m2) easily converts into a beautiful workshop space. All rooms are very spacious and have their own bathroom.The villa consists of an indoor yoga space and an outdoor yoga pagoda

Jasmine Nooij MSc Social Psychology, International Yoga teacher, Mindfulness Instructor, Healer, Life Coach & Biodynamic Breath therapist. All aimed at inspiring and empowering your life. She uses a wealth of valuable tools for transformation and empowerment. She has developed a unique style of yoga, with emphasis on Awareness & Empowerment. In a fascinating and lively way, she teaches you to be more aware and to connect with yourself from love & compassion. With power, wisdom and humor she inspires others in their search for healing, health and happiness. During the private sessions you can book a session and experience her profound Emotional Integration Therapy sessions, which help you integrate your old emotional wounds & awake into love and self-acceptance.
Katja Vermeulen Since 2008 she organises yoga and meditation weeks and weekends in the Netherlands and France, Ibiza and Albania. She reminds people of love, and is concerned with promoting silence, intuition and creativity, so that participants can experience a more integrated contact with themselves and adopt a more relaxed attitude to life. In her personal style she focuses on awareness and depth, with mildness and humor interwoven. Katja combines different disciplines. Through her background as a Hatha yoga and meditation teacher, trainer, performance artist, family and organizational constellation, she is able to create training courses with depth, or specifically look at a specific group or individual dynamics that play within a company or private setting.
During this retreat we work together with various other certified therapists, masseuses, and guest teachers from the island.
